Trial court properly ordered juvenile transferred from TYC to the TDCJ to complete determinate sentence. [In the Matter of C.G.](05-3-21)

On Aril 1, 2005, the Dallas Court of Appeals (5^th Dist.) held that the trial court did not abuse its discretion by transferring juvenile to the TDCJ and that its decision was firmly rooted in defendant's identifiable misconduct while at TYC.
